Wanaka Showhome
Our Wanaka Showhome was designed to get maximum results from a constrained budget. Keeping the structure and layout simple allowed us to spend more on finishing details such as Cedar cladding and Tiled bathrooms.
Designed to match the old with the new. This 110 year old villa had walls removed to create a modern open plan living area and a new kitchen installed that incorporates the colonial style. Where possible, original features, such as the decorative pressed tin ceilings, have been retained to preserve the history of this beautiful home.

While not directly involved in the design, this Obelisk St project is an excellent demonstration of my project management experience. As general contractor and site foreman I built these two 3 bedroom, two bathroom homes over 13 months on adjacent sites in Wanaka’s Northlake.
